How long does production take?
Most items are made to order. Typical production time is 2–7 business days. Peak seasons may add time. We’ll email tracking once shipped.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Standard and (where available) Express shipping. Final options show at checkout based on your items and address.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart and address.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time = Production time + Carrier transit time. Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days in transit; Express is faster where offered. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you accept size exchanges?
Because we produce items to order, size exchanges are limited. Please review the size chart before ordering. If you need help, contact us first—we’re happy to advise.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
Slight variations can occur due to screen settings and print processes, but we aim for accurate, vibrant results.
How should I care for my apparel?
Turn garments inside out. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Sometimes! If you have a code, enter it at checkout before paying. Some exclusions may apply (for example, certain items like mugs may be excluded from free-shipping promos).
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax where required by law (e.g., Missouri). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
