Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Muirchertach LLC. Because each item is made to order, our returns and refunds are limited to specific issues outlined below. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1) What’s Eligible
- Misprint / Printing defect
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect item received (style, color, or design not as ordered)
- Lost or undelivered order (no delivery after the carrier’s estimated window)
Items are evaluated case-by-case. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.
2) Reporting Window (30 Days)
Please report any issue within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for orders that never arrive. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible.
3) What’s Not Eligible (Print-on-Demand)
Because every product is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size or fit (unless the listing was inaccurate)
- Color preference or minor shade differences from on-screen previews
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
If you believe a product page contained incorrect sizing or details, contact us and we’ll review.
4) How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Email
- Your order number and full name
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing:
- The full item and the specific defect/misprint/damage
- The external packaging if damaged
- The packing slip/label (if available)
Please wait for our reply before discarding any packaging or items.
5) Resolution Process
- We review your request and photos for eligibility.
- If approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no cost or a refund to your original payment method.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit if preferred.
Do not return items to the sender unless we specifically provide a return address and instructions.
6) Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows no delivery after the carrier’s estimated window, contact us within the 30-day period. We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
7) Wrong Address / Undeliverable
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge to resend. Refunds for these cases are not guaranteed.
8) Order Changes & Cancellations
Our items enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
9) Return Shipping
Unless we provide a prepaid label or specific instructions, do not ship items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without credit.
10) Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by your bank or payment provider.
11) Multiple Suppliers (Future Updates)
As we add more production partners, this policy may be updated to reflect additional requirements (e.g., evidence, timelines). Any updates will be posted on this page.
