These Terms of Service apply to all customers in the United States. By making a purchase, you’re agreeing to follow the rules here. It’s not thrilling, but it matters.

You agree to these terms once you place an order. If you don’t agree—don't buy anything. We’re not here to trick you, but we do need to lay down the law.

Provide accurate info when you buy stuff. Don’t try to scam us, fake your identity, or break the internet. Keep it clean, legal, and honest.

No spamming. No harassment. No impersonation. No fraud. No hacking. No illegal activity. Basically, don’t be a troll or a criminal. We will ban you faster than you can say “limited drop.”

Muirchertach provides goods “as-is.” That means we make no promises beyond what’s listed. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or limit products or orders as needed.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break the rules. You can also request account deletion anytime. Refunds aren’t guaranteed if we have to shut you down for shady behavior.

We collect only what we need (name, email, shipping info, etc.). We don’t sell it. Read our Privacy Policy for the details. Spoiler: no creepy stuff.

We’re not responsible for things out of our control—lost packages, third-party errors, or cosmic events. Use our site at your own risk. You break it, you buy it.
