Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue either a replacement of the same item or a full refund to the original payment method. You may be asked to keep or dispose of the defective product.

Non-returnable items include: custom-printed apparel without defects, digital goods, and gift cards.

Orders are produced and shipped from our network of professional print and fulfillment partners across the United States. Standard processing time is typically 2–7 business days before shipment, depending on product type and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Muirchertach LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the package.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery and are not eligible for refunds.
