Stuff happens. If your order shows up damaged or something went wrong during manufacturing, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back. We’ll hook you up with a refund, exchange, or store credit—your call.

That said, we don’t take back opened electronics or clearance items. You bought it, you opened it, you own it. Fair’s fair.

You’ll need to cover return shipping unless it was our screw-up. If it was, we’ve got you.

Shipping

We ship fast from our fulfillment centers. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order hits the road. Typical delivery times vary, but we don’t drag our feet.

For now, we only ship within the United States. International fans — we see you, we love you, we’re just not ready yet.

Once a package leaves our hands, it’s out of our control. Lost or delayed shipments? Take it up with the carrier — but we’ll still try to help if you reach out nicely.
